Cancellation Policy

Bookings Policy All bookings with Carlo Orlandi are subject to the following terms to ensure clarity, fairness, and professional consistency. This applies to all services, including private lessons, consultations, and memberships. 1. Booking and Confirmation Sessions must be booked in advance through the online calendar or by written confirmation. A booking is confirmed once payment is received and the date and time are agreed. Bookings are managed personally to maintain quality and organisation. 2. Session Duration Sessions are offered in 30-minute or 60-minute formats. Clients must complete all sessions within the active period of their package or membership. Unused sessions cannot be carried forward, refunded, or exchanged. 3. Cancellations and Rescheduling To reschedule or cancel, clients must give at least 24 hours’ notice, and preferably 48 hours. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, will result in the session being marked as used. Repeated last-minute cancellations may lead to suspension or termination of service. In special circumstances (e.g., illness or emergency), rescheduling may be offered at the coach’s discretion. 4. Membership Bookings Membership sessions must be used within the 30-day cycle. Unused hours do not roll over. Membership renewals occur automatically unless cancelled at least 48 hours before the renewal date. 5. Payments and Refunds All bookings must be paid in full and in advance to confirm the session. Accepted payment methods are listed on the website; PayPal is not accepted. All payments are strictly non-refundable. No credits or replacements are offered for missed or cancelled sessions. 6. Punctuality and Conduct Clients must arrive on time. Late arrivals will not extend the session time. All sessions are conducted professionally and respectfully. Any form of inappropriate behaviour or misconduct will result in immediate termination without refund. 7. Liability Disclaimer All coaching and consultations are educational in nature. Results depend on individual practice, health, and consistency. Clients are responsible for applying techniques safely and maintaining their own vocal wellbeing. By confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Bookings Policy.
