3.2 Membership and Lesson Programmes

Memberships or lesson packages operate on a monthly basis (30 days) and include the number of lessons or consultations specified at the time of purchase.
Unused lessons cannot be carried over or refunded.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

All payments are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to: digital products, memberships, consultations, or cancellations by the client.
Refunds will only be considered in cases of duplicate payments or verified technical errors, and must be requested in writing.

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final.
Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to the product, and therefore waive your right to withdrawal under UK and EU digital content regulations.
